Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the REGIME application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

REGIME is an AI-powered daily planning application that generates personalized task schedules covering food, fitness, habits, and productivity. The AI operates with an intentionally authoritarian personality for entertainment and motivational purposes.

Disclaimer: REGIME is not a medical, nutritional, psychological, or professional advisory service. AI-generated plans are for productivity and entertainment purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for health, fitness, and dietary decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use REGIME. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate profile data (age, weight, allergies, fitness level) for safe plan generation
Do not rely on AI-generated plans as medical or professional advice
Consult a physician before following any fitness or dietary plan
Use the Safe Word feature if AI interactions cause genuine distress
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, bribe limits, or other system constraints
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. AI-Generated Content

All plans, reactions, commentary, and voice outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. The authoritarian tone is a deliberate product design choice. AI content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

AI responses are not personalized medical advice
Meal plans may not account for all allergies or dietary restrictions
Fitness recommendations may not be appropriate for all fitness levels
The authoritarian personality is for entertainment — use Safe Word if needed

5. Subscriptions and Payments

REGIME offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat.

Subscription fees are billed through your App Store or Google Play account
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies
In-app purchases (bribes, streak insurance) are non-refundable consumables

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account
Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The REGIME name, logo, design, and codebase are our property. AI-generated plans created for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your results (share cards, screenshots) freely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: REGIME and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to: injuries from following exercise plans, allergic reactions from meal suggestions, emotional distress from AI interactions, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REGIME and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
