Yes, by design. REGIME uses an intentionally authoritarian AI personality with three intensity levels: Mentor (mild sarcasm), Sergeant (firm discipline), and Tyrant (maximum harshness). This is a motivational and entertainment tool, not therapy.

If the tone causes genuine distress at any time, use the Safe Word feature in Settings. This immediately drops the AI character and presents support resources. You are always in control.

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → REGIME → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Google Play → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → REGIME → Cancel.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google, not by REGIME directly. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Go to Settings → Dossier → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data, plans, task history, and compliance records within 30 days.

Before deleting, export your data via Settings → Dossier → Export Data (GDPR-compliant JSON). Deletion is irreversible — there is no recovery.

Make sure your allergy and dietary information is up to date in Settings → Interrogation Room. The AI uses your profile data to personalize plans, but may occasionally generate unsuitable suggestions.

Always verify meal plans against your actual dietary needs. REGIME is not a substitute for a registered dietitian. If you encounter a potentially dangerous suggestion, report it to [email protected] immediately.

Streak and rank data is calculated automatically by the system. In cases of verifiable technical issues (app crash, server error during submission), contact [email protected] with your account email and the date of the incident.

We do not restore streaks for missed tasks, intentional skips, or timezone changes. The system remembers everything. So does the AI.

Log in with the same account you used when purchasing. If premium access doesn't restore automatically, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
